The graduation announcements, open house parties, bonfires, students’ summer plans, college acceptance letters and news of newly enlisted military personnel have been exciting but a bit emotionally taxing. I cannot help but think about our precious boy. Selfishly, I wish Jesse was celebrating those accomplishments, too.

But I trust that his celebration is with our Heavenly Father…What bigger celebration is there than that? Plus, this is Jesse’s first Father’s Day with his true Father, our Lord. Thank you Jesus for the promise of eternal life! Just knowing the best is yet to come gives me the desire to do my very best here on earth in ways that honor You! ❤

Happy Father's Day to all father's! You have been blessed with the privilege of raising, guiding, providing & loving your children. We love you!

❤ Love to some of our most special fathers ever! ❤

I love the way you think–your comments always take me “higher up and farther in” to quote CS Lewis. I’m glad for eternity together with you!

I have followed your famlies story for a while now. Jess was an amazing young man who left this earth way to early by our standards. You and your family have praised God through every step and that is also amazing. I always say God gives us children to raise and lead not to keep for ourselves. When God gave us our Jess I believe He sent her to raise my husband and I. We had our daughter for 17 short years and she taught we so much about love, compassion, strength and many more thisngs. I am sure Jesse did the same for you guys. My prayers are with you this journey your on can sometimes be very overwhelming, but the rewards you will receive through Jesus are far outway the bad stuff along the way.

First of all, you are not selfish. It is normal and natural to long for Jesse and mourn what may have been. I am very thankful that you are comforted by the fact that he is in true paradise with The Lord, and those who have gone before him. One day at a time sweet one. You are an inspiration of faith and strength. Love you friend.

    A time to celebrate.
We celebrate the completion of Jesse’s mission. Jesse was assigned for a specific mission: “To unify his family, his friends, Christians, and all of us IN PRAYER”. He enticed thousands to pray, not only for him, but for everybody, in the name of our Savior, Jesus Christ. Now it becomes OUR mission to continue Jesse’s mission on earth. We are proud of Jesse for what he accomplished, and Jesse can SMILE, yes he can.
O Lord, give us strength and understanding for the the call to greater commitments as your disciples to create a new kind of family outside of blood kin, increase our understanding, and to follow you.
Our congregation prayed for you Jesse, Scott, Ingrid and Savannah. We love you all. :):):) In Christ, hermann
