North Carolina Visitors

Tis the season to be jolly…celebrating the birth of our Lord, gathering with loved ones and making new memories.  We had a wonderful visit from our N. Carolina friends, Donnie & Kelsie.  While here they attended Jesse’s therapies, toured Frankenmuth, ate at Zehnder’s and visited Bronner’s, the largest Christmas store in the world. It was such a joy to re-unite & bond with like-minded friends!

Hello Jesse, yes it is so moving to receive old friends, not only from North Carolina, from anywhere. Bless those who care for you. Before we lit the fourth Advent Candle, the Candle of Love, this morning, you were on top of our prayer list, again. I know that you, your family, all your friends are full of anticipation for the birthday of our Savior, Jesus Christ. Lead us ,O God, through the deep waters of our days to a new understanding and appreciation of the new life that came to Jesse into the world in Jesus. Stir Jesse’s heart, soul and mind that he will see something new to live by and live for a new life of a new meaning and joy. Dear Sheppard God, you promised to take care of and feed your flock. If ever there was a time Jesse and we needed a Sheppard God, it is now. Jesse needs your strength as he feels weakened by all the medicine and procedures. Lord, we thank you for your grace, your mercy, your love not just at Christmas time but every day. O God, Jesse needs healing and restoring of body and mind. Thank you, Lord, for each day and each moment we are able to spend with you and the ones we love. Thank you for your peace that surpasses our understanding. In Christ, hermann
